Most sewing machine manufactures now gives three years guarantee.

To obtain the service during the guarantee period you should return the product to the retailer from whom you made the the original purchase and product evidence of the date of purchase.

If you are unable to contact or if the original retailer because they have gone out of business then you should contact the manufacture.

You should return the product and provide a brief written description of any faults and enclose work samples to assist engineer in fault diagnosis.
